Who’s involved in the Forum?
The Forum includes government officials, health professionals and experts working in the field of public health – with its membership mirroring its core role of ‘engagement’ across sectors.
The Forum’s work is managed by the Royal Society
for Public Health on behalf of the Department of Health (DH),
together with a small national
steering group made up of its members.
Membership is now open to all national NGOs and has
been steadily increasing from the original 30 members
to the current membership of nearly 100 organisations in February 2009.
